The Practice is now offering face to face appointments in line with COVID-19 secure guidelines.
(Please note: Hair Analysis appointments continue to be available for those who live too far away from the Practice to attend in person or for those who would prefer to continue to use this approach to treatment at this time).
In order to ensure the Practice is COVID-19 secure as per Government guidelines, and to keep you, your families and the wider community safe, there are a few changes required to the way in which appointments are conducted as outlined below:
Practice Opening Hours & Appointments
The Practice will be open Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm.
In order to minimise risk, allow for full cleaning of the Practice between appointments, and reduce the possibility of overcrowding in the public areas of the building by co-ordinating appointment times with other building users, appointments will, for the time being, be an hour long for a full treatment and 40 minutes for a top up session.
I have reconfigured the treatment sessions to ensure that you will gain maximum benefit from the time available.
To reflect the reduced time face to face appointments will be offered at the same reduced rate as the Hair Analysis service with full treatments at £50 and top up sessions at £30.
Your Treatment Session
As noted above your treatment session will be an hour long for a full session and 40 minutes for a top up.
I will still not be using the fitted detector sheet for treatment for the time being but the metal hand held detectors and foot plates instead as these can be easily cleaned between appointments. Please note that you will have to hold the hand helds and keep your feet on the foot plates throughout the duration of your treatment. You will also need to remove your shoes to use the foot plates.
If possible please pay by card, bank transfer or PayPal. Bank and PayPal details are available on request should you wish to set this payment method up before your appointment.
And the most important point of all …..
If you or anyone you have been in close contact with in the 14 days before your appointment have had symptoms of COVID-19, or you have been asked to self isolate by the NHS Test and Trace system then DO NOT attend for your appointment. Your appointment can be either rearranged or carried out by hair analysis instead.
If you arrive for your appointment displaying symptoms you will not be granted entry to the building or the Practice.
A full COVID-19 risk assessment has been carried out for both the Practice and the Green Lane Centre itself, and are available on request. To request a copy email firstname.lastname@example.org or contact me on 01947 605699.
